We highly encourage our customers to send us their enquiries via email and place their orders through our shopping cart or via email. This way original orders, details and changes are kept on our records in writing. Emails will be answered within 24 hours.


Postage within Australia

How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

Single items are express posted for $20 Australia wide using only Australian Post. Each extra item is $5 unless free postage is offered.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 7 working days after sizes have been confirmed and payment has been cleared. How is my order posted?
All orders are express posted with Australia Post. This service includes full tracking details and insurance. However, please allow maximum 7 working days for delivery.
For security, if no one is to receive the parcel personally, it is taken to your local post office for collection. Australia Post leaves a note advising so.

Can my order be delivered urgently?

Should any of the items you have purchased has recently run out of stock. You will receive an email advising so. Orders won’t be sent incomplete until it is advised whether a different size or style is required instead.
Another reason to delay the postage of an order is when sizes need to be confirmed by us. This usually happens when jacket and pants sizes don’t seem appropriate. An email will be sent confirming this.
Funds haven’t been received or are incomplete.
Incorrect address has been provided.

Can my order be delayed for any reason?

Orders might be delayed for different reasons:

International Shipping

How much does international shipping?

Single items are registered posted and insured for:

USA and Canada: AUS$45
UK and Europe: AUS$50
New Zealand: AUS$35

Each extra item is AUS$15

All items are posted within 2 working days after payment funds have cleared and sizes have been confirmed, and it delivers within 10 working days to most destinations. Any delays in international deliveries due to customs legislations or others are out of our control.

If the item is required urgently, express international shipping is also offered.

Is there any extra import or customs costs I need to cover when I receive my order?

No.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are Paypal and bank deposit. For International purchased, we only accept paypal.

Paypal: Payments with Paypal clear instantly, except eCheques which take 3 to 4 working days to be processed.

Bank Deposit (Australia only): Direct deposits take 1 to 3 working days to clear. When paying by bank deposit, please make sure you leave your name or order number as reference, otherwise processing your order will be delayed. If you cannot leave any reference, please advise.

Goods will not be sent until all payment funds have cleared.

Can I pay using my credit card?

For security, all credit card payments are to be processed through Paypal. This payment option will be shown in your checkout once you process your purchase.


About purchasing a suit

How can I make sure I’m choosing the right suit size?

We highly recommend our customers to take body measurements and check them with our measurements charts in order to choose their size. Information in regards body measurements are as follows:

Chest: Around your chest right below the underarm

Waist: Around your waist right where you wear your belt

Arms: from the tip of your shoulder straight down to your wrist.

Outer leg: From where you wear your belt down to the floor

Is there anything else included in the purchase of a suit?

Our suits are sold as sets of jacket and pants only. Other items are sold separately.

I purchased a suit and I think it is big.

Is the suit big or long? Is the jacket big or long? Each size smaller will be 5 cms smaller across the chest and waist, and shorter everywhere else.

How do the shoulders fit? Are they sitting nicely or hanging down? If the shoulders are fine, but the sleeves and/or jacket are long, maybe the best option will be to do alterations; any tailor can easily do this. Please note that all our suits are regular, which means that lengths of pants, sleeves and jacket are standard.

I purchased a suit and I think it is small

Is the suit small or short? Is the jacket small or short? Each size bigger will be 5 cms bigger across the chest and waist, and bigger everywhere else.

How do the shoulders fit? Are they sitting nicely aligned with your arms? If the shoulders are fine, but the sleeves are short, maybe the best option will be to do alterations, any tailor can easily do this as these sleeves have approximately 3cms of spare fabric to do be lengthened. If this is the case, a bigger size will make the shoulder pad look bigger than your body frame, therefore, hanging down.

How does the jacket feel? Is it tight across the shoulders and underneath your arms only when you move your arms forward or when you have your arms relaxed on your side? If it’s only when you move your arms forward, that’s normal
What about the pants? Can you do the buttons up but the pants feel tight? These pants have spare fabric to let out the waist without making the legs any bigger.


Exchanges

I need to exchange an item I have purchased. How do I proceed?

We do exchange provided the item hasn’t been worn and is in perfect condition.

Please note that exchange postage costs are to be covered by the buyer.

Please send the garment back to us and insert a prepaid satchel for to send you the new item. Please also insert a note stating your order number and the size you require.

It is highly recommended to post the items via registered post or express post so that you get to keep a tracking number. We are not responsible for looses during transit.
